For damaged items upon received, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are checked twice for no prominent defects before packed for shipping. 

We will not accept: 
  • If any lamps have been mistreated with unreasonable abuse. 
  • Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate or maybe change your monitor!
  • Customer's carelessness of handling or opening the parcel and causing damage to the items by using scissors or penknife and dirt due to the dirty hand. 
  • Please be careful when opening your parcel. Teethmarks is acceptable.
  • If you feel the product is not suitable. 
  • If your goods/product has quality problems with the above please contact us within 3 working days of received of goods/product date together with pictures of the defect good(s).
